Walking towards the home one day,
Thinking about the expense and bills to pay,
Cursing my fate, complaining about my life,
I never ever noticed the blessings infinite.
But then what I saw, made me realize,
My life is far easy, my life is just fine.
That 8 years old was begging to survive,
And here people like me are never satisfied.
It broke my heart,
I was shattered from inside.
How come I never noticed,
How come I never tried.
I was disgust by myself,
Even afraid to look into his eyes.
Though he just hoped for few coins,
No judging, no whine.
Now that I saw the truth,
I need to rise high,
Because life is finding peace
And its humanity in which it lies.
If you want to be happy,
If you want to be satisfied,
Stop running behind luxury,
And take a pause for a while.
Try to help a wounded animal,
Provide a bread who may require.
Give your shoulder someone to cry,
Award education to deprive.
When you do that,
Then you will realize.
Life is to give and take,
It's not being wrapped inside.
